Punishment for cheating by personation; Forgery for purpose of cheating; Using as genuine a forged document or electronic record; Causing disappearance of evidence of offence, or giving false information to screen offender; Harboring offender. Penalty for contravention of provisions of the Act and change of name; Any person who contravenes, or attempts to contravene or fails to comply with, any provision of any rule made under this Act.
