The Association Board of Offenderwarning is responsible for guiding the organisation’s overall strategy.
The Board supervises and monitors the activities of the Management Group, advises the Management Group on all organisational matters and takes fundamental decisions concerning Offenderwarning’s operations and strategies.
Offenderwarning ‘s Code of Ethics guides our staff and representatives in their day-to-day work, interaction and decision-making. It sets out the core values and principles for the conduct and behaviour of staff and representatives.
All suppliers and consultants to Offenderwarning must adhere to our Code of Ethics when operating for, with or on behalf of Offenderwarning.
Offenderwarning is a South African not-for-profit foundation with an annual budget of approximately USD 3.5 million.
We receive core funding from bilateral governmental (development aid) agencies.
These contributions mainly support the operations of our wanted fugitives website.
Other direct income comes from a variety of corporate foundations and initiatives, development agencies and research grant facilities.
If any surplus is generated from advisory services, we reinvest this to fund research and technical assistance programmes in developing countries.
