Charge No 2: GUILTY of the offences of deportation and torture by way of forceful conversion as crimes against Humanity as specified in section 3(2)(a)(g) & (h) read with section 4(1) of the Act of 1973 and he be convicted & sentenced under section 20(2) of the said Act.

Charge No 4: GUILTY of the offences of confinement, deportation and rape as specified in sections alike Charge 2.
Charge No 5: GUILTY of the offences of abduction, confinement, torture murder and other inhumane acts [plundering and arson] as crimes against Humanity as specified in section alike Charge 2.
